Siremis enables straightforward management of subscriber profiles, least cost routing and load balancing rules, communication at runtime with the SIP server, displays monitoring charts. Read more at:

Practically, you can blend any module and core features of SIP Express Router (SER) and Kamailio (OpenSER) in the same configuration file.

It’s worth mentioning for new users that SIP Router project was planned on November 2008, during Karlsruhe meeting, integration work started after releasing Kamailio 1.5.0 on March 2009. After 10 months, we are able to deliver a stable release, numbered 3.0.0 – it includes new features developed during this period and the features of Kamailio (OpenSER) 1.5.x and SIP Express Router (SER) 2.1.x.

Kamailio 3.0.0 is built out of branch kamailio_3.0 from sip-router.org GIT repository, tuned to match as much as possible the default behaviour users of older Kamailio (OpenSER) versions expect.

Note that new tarballs are generated only if there are changes for the corresponding branch (so if you don’t see a tarball with today’s date it means there was no change from the previous one).

The tarballs are generated via make tar, which makes sure the correct repository version will be included in the compiled binary (make tar generates first autover.h before creating the archive).
