As soon as collaboration is proved, the project is going to look for an independent non-profit organization/foundation to provide an umbrella. It should at least handle DNS name and make sure it cannot be hijacked, possibly to be involved in fixing non-neutral web content and deal with fundings, should such appear.

Meanwhile, a parallel task is the creation of an independent directory for consulting and other related services to the SIP Router Project, in the hope of strengthening the business environment, ensure reliability and increase the adoption in the market.
