MAC Address Based Routing

The goal of this task is to develop a module for sip-router which could be used to route SIP requests to SIP user agents (phones) based on their MAC address, not the IP address from the contact that they may or may not have registered. This feature can be used to route a request to a particular device of the user, regardless of its IP address.
